Inside there were some crates and something that look like they had recently been opened. There were in fact some people inside the cargo hold it looked like captured Romulan’s and a few Klingons probably from their other raids prior to Starbase 777.

Mona came back on the line. [Comms] “Understood, the remaining mercenaries have retreated it seams, the USS Sinoussi shall be coming about shortly to begin the wave of transports. What are your next steps?”

[Comms] "We're about to head to engineering to disable weapons and transporter systems over here before attacking the bridge, Captain."

She walked in and immediately sent out groups to look for the missing crewmembers.

It was here that the hostages waited patiently, not all were Starfleet, some were children, others shopkeepers and even guests that were visiting 777 at the time, they were waiting, scared and crying. When Emin entered the cargo bay they were ecstatic, clapping and cheering at her. They knew she was here to rescue them, they were happy she was here. Just then a channel opened up. “Sinoussi to away team, we’ve entered the nebula, standing by for transport.”

[Comms] "We have them, prepping them for transport now." She smiled weakly at the crowd before beginning to sort them out into groups manageable for transportation. A little while longer she had them all ready. [Comms] "Ready for transport."

The groups were beamed out as Emin had organized them. Many of them walked past Emin thanked her for saving them. Group after group was beamed out she would count nearly 2,600 people when all said and done of those 2,200 were Starfleet officers. The rest assorted civilians that had been captured. It took nearly two hours to finish beaming them all out.

While the groups were being beamed out, Jessil sent out a team to collect any other officers injured or dead from the rescue.

Of the fifteen officers sent on the mission after Lieutenant injury and the four that had died at various points in the mission the rest seemed unscathed.

After almost two hours the last group of hostages we're transported out, she tapped her commbadge. [Comms] "Bridge, everyone has been transported out save for the away team. Orders?"

[Comms] Styres monotone voice came through. “Evacuations of missing officers and civilians are completed, Ensign. Please transport back to the vessel and report to your direct superior for mission debriefing.”
